Spiritual Intelligence
There have been vast scientific changes in the way we see the world but most of those changes have not affected the way we see human nature. The Spiritual Intelligence Action Research Project was designed to help us live our individual and collective lives in ways more consistent with recent scientific discoveries about the true nature of reality.
The primary implication of these discoveries is that the reality in which each of us lives is created by our consciousness of that reality, created by the way we individually and collectively choose to see that reality.
Soul Vibrations Digital Universe grew out of a ten-year research project in Spiritual Intelligence conducted by Professor George Davis at Rutgers University's Newark campus. Professor Davis has lectured on the scientific basis of spiritual intelligence at places as different as the SideWalk University in Memphis, the Harvard Divinity School and the Media Labs at MIT.
One of the conclusions of the research is that ancient wisdom traditions passed down to us many truths that our most advanced physicists are now beginning to accept as the way the universe actually operates.
There are many startling parallels between the insights of major religions and insights that are implicit in the works of this century's most advanced scientists -- Albert Einstein, Werner Heisenberg, Niels Bohr, David Bohm, Stephen Hawking, and literally thousands of others.
Many of the same truths about the wisest way to live emerge regardless of whether we take God to be the divine personification that is at the center of all major religions; or God as the infinite, invisible, unified field of vibratory energy out of which all things are manifested.
In quantum reality (sub-atomic reality, we might say), the observer and the system (or system of thought) being observed becomes mysteriously entangled. Thus, it is said that the observer and the observed, in some large or small way, create each other.
In some large or small way family life, relationships, general living conditions, personal financial management, career choices, consumer habits, wellness, cultural participation, leisure-time activities, etc. are created by the way we see them.
Soul Vibrations Digital Universe has designed content that will urge our millions of visitors from more than 35 countries to change their worlds by changing the consciousness from which they see their world.
Our objectives is to discover, explore, test, and then design and implement ways that the Internet in general, and our portal in particular, might use Action Research employing user-centered design as a tool of informal education to promote transformational learning and transformational decision-making; and to use incidental learning to promote tacit knowledge of better ways to see and be in the world.
